Data protection

In accordance with current legislation regarding the protection of personal data, called General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, of May 25th), the data that the User voluntarily provides will be included for its treatment in a duly registered file owned by GAME TROOPERS S.L. in order to identify you and contact you and provide any information requested by submitting the contact form. We collect the following categories of your personal information and may sell it to third parties: identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, geolocation data, and inferences drawn from these categories. In any case, the user may exercise his or her rights of access, rectification objection and cancellation, which may be exercised by him or her and, if necessary, by his representative, through a written and signed application sent to the following address info@gametroopers.net . This application must be accompanied by the following information: name and surname of the User, address for correspondence and photocopy of identity card or passport. In the case of representation, this must be proved by reliable documentation. GAME TROOPERS informs that has implemented security measures to prevent alteration, loss, treatment and / or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to they are exposed, whether from human action or the physical or natural environment.

Game Troopers ("us", "we", or "our") is an app development studio that creates applications, websites, and other digital properties (collectively “Properties”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Properties, and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve our Properties. By using these, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. 

Definitions

Use of Data

We use the collected data for various purposes:

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

We or one of our Service Providers may collect and/or process your Personal Data because:

• We need to perform a contract with you.
• You have given us, as a Data Controller or Data Processor, consent in compliance with applicable laws to do so.
• The processing is in our legitimate interest, except where such interest is overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights or freedoms.

IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework

We participate in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework and comply with its Specifications and Policies. We use the Consent Management Platform provided by Consent Desk LLC with the identification number 291.

Retention of Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Properties, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

We will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

Disclosure of Data

Business Transaction

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Disclosure for Law Enforcement
